Availability of products<\/h2>\n

Products can be in 3 different states.<\/p>\n

  1. In stock<\/strong>: The product is available and, unless there is an inventory error, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible.<\/li>\n
  2. Pre-order<\/strong>: The product is not yet available, but open for pre-order. It will be shipped to you as soon as it is received in our warehouses.<\/li>\n
  3. Out of stock<\/strong>: The product is no longer available but should be reissued under a variable delay. A product out of our catalogue is no longer visible on the site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Delivery, tracking and shipping costs<\/h2>\n

    We use the services of La Poste and, for certain countries, Mondial Relay. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your order.

    Payment<\/h2>\n

    Our site allows you to pay for your purchases either by credit card, via secure payment site, or via PayPal.<\/p>\n

    Preorders<\/h2>\n

    Some products are available for pre-order on our website. These products are not available, either because they are still being finalized or in the process of being manufactured. Pre-ordering a product makes it easier for us to finance the manufacturing of our games, and may allow you to benefit from a special price.
    \nPlease note that if you pre-order products with products in stock, your order will only be shipped when all products are available. So consider making separate orders in this case.<\/p>\n
