Terms of Sale

Availability of products

Products can be in 3 different states.

  1. In stock: The product is available and, unless there is an inventory error, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
  2. Pre-order: The product is not yet available, but open for pre-order. It will be shipped to you as soon as it is received in our warehouses.
  3. Out of stock: The product is no longer available but should be reissued under a variable delay. A product out of our catalogue is no longer visible on the site.

Delivery, tracking and shipping costs

We use the services of La Poste and, for certain countries, Mondial Relay. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your order.

Payment

Our site allows you to pay for your purchases either by credit card, via secure payment site, or via PayPal.

Preorders

Some products are available for pre-order on our website. These products are not available, either because they are still being finalized or in the process of being manufactured. Pre-ordering a product makes it easier for us to finance the manufacturing of our games, and may allow you to benefit from a special price.
Please note that if you pre-order products with products in stock, your order will only be shipped when all products are available. So consider making separate orders in this case.
