Terms of sale
Article 1 – Acceptance of the conditions
You declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order is thus worth acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, including VAT for France and EU countries, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. For all items shipped outside the European Union and to French overseas departments and territories, the price is calculated net of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, the importer of the products, and are his entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities of his country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
The products remain the property of SAS Shakos until full payment of the price.
Article 3 – Ordering
On the Internet: www.shakos.fr
The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. SAS Shakos confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed. In the event of an error in the recipient’s details, SAS Shakos cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. SAS Shakos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Article 4 – Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. In this context, information on the availability of products is provided to you when you place your order. The information on the site is provided for information purposes only (subject to simultaneous orders or stock error).
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
Article 5 – Delivery
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. The games are sent, according to your choice, by Colissimo at home (48h-72h – working days, for Metropolitan France) or by Mondial Relay (2 to 5 days – working days, for Metropolitan France). For shipments abroad, the delivery time is variable and given as an indication. We send by e-mail the number of the parcel allowing you to follow it on the website of La Poste or Mondial Relay.
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the website), SAS Shakos reserves the right to split the shipments. The contribution to the processing and shipping costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment.
If an order includes one or more pre-ordered products, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered product(s) arrive in stock. In the case of an order of available products and pre-ordered products, you will have to wait for the delivery of the pre-ordered products to receive your entire order.
If you wish to receive the available products in stock before the pre-ordered products, you must place separate orders and pay shipping costs for the different orders.
We cannot group or split orders, nor can we add or remove items from an existing order.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order.
Article 6 – Payment
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or paypal.
Article 7 – Withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of the order to return the product that does not suit you for exchange or refund.
The return costs will then be at your expense.

The return must be made in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions …) and in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

Article 8 – Conformity of products
We commit ourselves to exchange you the products apparently defective, damaged or not corresponding to your order. In this case, we thank you to report it in detail by e-mail (contact@shakos.fr). In case of missing or defective parts, we will send you the replacement parts.
In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular those relating to the guarantee of hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided for in Article 7.
Article 9 – Warranty
The products offered are in conformity with the French legislation in force. SAS Shakos may not be held liable for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt. The liability of SAS Shakos is systematically limited to the value of the product in question at the date of sale. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order.
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil Code). On the condition that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (Art.1641 and following of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a “short time” from the discovery of the hidden defect (Art.1648 of the Civil Code).
The photos are provided for illustrative purposes. We invite you to refer to the description of each product to know its precise characteristics. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, SAS Shakos shall not be held liable.
Article 10 – Refunds
Refunds of products will be made within 30 days or less after receipt of the products by us. The refund of the shipping costs of the initial order will be made on the basis of the least expensive mode of transport proposed at the time of the order.
Refund will be made by crediting your bank account or by bank cheque sent in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
Article 11 – Disputes
This contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is the French language.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Personal information
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you. All you have to do is write to us by e-mail or by post at :
